Join Us for the Northampton Saints Foundation Mental Health Walk!

We warmly invite individuals, couples, families, and friends to join us for a meaningful and inspiring day at the Northampton Saints Foundation Mental Health Walk. This event is more than just a walk it's an opportunity to come together as a community to raise awareness and support for both mental and physical health.

Date and Time: 27th October 2024, starting at 10:30 AM

Venue: Irchester Country Park, Wellingborough, NN29 7DL

Event Details:

Join us for a beautiful 5K or 10K walk through the stunning surroundings of Irchester Country Park. 

By fundraising for us you will help to make a tremendous impact on the lives of the young people we work with, helping them to be supported, educated and inspired. Every step you take will goes towards giving a student a chance at a positive future. 

How to get started:

• Entry Fee: £5 per person or £10 per family (up to 5 members)
• Sponsorship Goal: £50 per individual or £100 per family

The funds raised from this event enable us to continue our vital work with young people, offering them the guidance and resources they need to navigate their mental health challenges and build positive futures. Together, we can foster a healthier, more supportive community.

£3.50 could pay for a healthy lunch for a student; 

£7.50 could pay for a sports activity for a student to support their mental and physical health; 

£25 could pay for workbooks for 10 students to track their progress whilst with the Foundation;

£60 could pay for an art therapy session for a group of 9 students.
